Calendar feeds

Subscribe once and deadlines appear in your calendar as they are added. These URLs are permanent; the files behind them are rebuilt whenever the site is.

The feeds

Each covers everything upcoming plus the past year. Every conference also has its own feed, linked from its page, covering all its recorded editions.

How to subscribe

Use subscribe to calendar, not import: importing copies the events once and they never update again.

Clients typically refresh a subscribed calendar every few hours to once a day. The feeds ask for twelve hours.

A word about times

Every entry is an all-day event, deliberately. A deadline is a moment, not a day, but writing it as a moment would impose a time zone on you — and "23:59 Anywhere on Earth" rendered in your local time is more likely to mislead than to help. The zone the organisers stated, or the fact that they stated none, is in the event description.

So: treat the day shown as the day the deadline falls, and check the exact hour on the conference's own page before relying on the last afternoon of it.

When a deadline moves

The event is updated in place rather than replaced, so an extension moves the entry already in your calendar instead of leaving a duplicate behind. That is what the site is for.

Data entirely hand-typed, one call for papers at a time. There is no scraper behind any of this: I read the announcement and type the dates in, in the gaps between other work, and with the hope it is useful to others. Organisers then move deadlines without telling anyone, calls get edited in place, and now and then the typing is simply wrong. Treat this as a well-meaning notebook rather than an authority, and check the conference’s own page before you submit anything you care about.
