Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the 19th Junior Researcher Workshop on Real-Time Computing (JRWRTC 2026), held as part of RTNS 2026.

JRWRTC is an interactive workshop designed to bring together early-career researchers (undergraduate/Master's students, PhD candidates, interns, and early-stage postdocs) with the broader real-time systems community while sharing their work in progress. Note that every paper must include at
least one junior researcher as a co-author.

Key Details & Scope
- Topics: Real-time system design & analysis, hardware/infrastructure, software technologies, and applications (automotive, avionics, medical, etc.) of real-time systems.
- Format: Papers up to 4 pages (excluding references) using a double-column format.
- Presentation: Accepted papers require in-person oral and poster presentations during RTNS. An online proceedings booklet will be published, and a Best Paper Award will be presented.

Important Dates
- Abstract Deadline: October 2, 2026 → October 9, 2026
- Submission Deadline: October 9, 2026 → October 16, 2026
- Max Notification Date: October 19, 2026 → October 21, 2026
- Camera-Ready: October 29, 2026

NB: Authors are encouraged to submit as early as possible. Submissions will be reviewed in rolling
windows of 3–5 days based on the submission date.
